    How can you imagine;
    How can you predict;

The sorrow in these words
that leak out through my-

dripping sadness

out the eyes I saw you with.

The shadows deepen to let me

sink

deeper deeper-

dripping sadness

out the eyes I saw you with.

As you walk, further further

leave me standing

in. the. rain.

dripping sadness

out the eyes I saw you with

    So sad yet so beautiful, very well done! What is the backstory behind this? or rather, what was the inspiration?

    Hi Amaya, I’m taking part in Jingle’s thursday-poets-rally and am here to read your pages and to extend encouragement and my very best wishes and hopes for your writing success! 🙂

    I love your poem. Yes, it is sad, but it brings out such profound emotions in words that ring and resonate in one’s heart. You have shown your innate ability to express your emotions in a beautiful poignant way… love was ever painful but also full of joy. I hope joy comes to you or is now with you. Very best wishes.

    ps: The below mentioned links will take you separately to Jingle’s page and to my own page where you can see my own poetry. Hope you like what you see there!

    “nigger” can you shut the fuck up and stop spamming her page? im pretty sure you can’t write ANYTHING worth reading. It seems like you have a really empty life. I feel sorry for you that you have to fuck with someone’s blog for your own fun and pleasure.
